It was fabled that he developed his extraordinary grip strength by constantly squeezing the spring taken from a deadly Caribbean alligator trap. His rumored grip strength was so powerful that he accidentally crushed his captain’s hand while vigorously shaking it after a successful pirate raid. His captain’s name was later changed to "Hook," and "Bone Crusher" Roberts mysteriously disappeared from history records shortly thereafter.

We have designed The Bone Crusher Grips to utilize this same successful training principle inadvertently discovered by the pirate Roberts. Each gripper features aircraft-quality spring steel, and knurled aluminum handles for a secure, non-slip grip.

Bone Crushers are available in seven different resistances; 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 500 lbs. (Rumor has it that only Roberts himself was able to close the massive 500-pounder.)
